Pennsylvania’s CRPs are located regionally throughout the state. To apply for membership, please follow the link below to fill out an application. Mandatory FBI and statewide criminal background checks as well as a child abuse history clearance will be required as part of the application process. If you have any questions about the process or need additional information or if you are not located in one of the CRP regions and are interested in joining, please email pacrp@pitt.edu.


Do you live or work in the Northwest Region of Pennsylvania?
(Cameron, Clarion, Clearfield, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Forest, Jefferson, McKean, Mercer, Venango, or Warren County)

Do you have an interest in child welfare and ensuring the safety, permanency and well-being of Pennsylvania’s children?

Applications will be accepted from April 15th through July 15th. Orientation for new members will take place in October 2024.

PA CRPs look for diversity in race, gender, background, socioeconomic status, and job title for membership. Some examples of possible roles of members include:

Current county children and youth caseworkers and employees of the PA Department of Health and Human Services are ineligible for CRP membership.
